Learn more about ponies and horses at our Pony Time, open to everyone - from little ones with no experience to the more able and horse confident children. Our Pony Time is suitable for ages 4 to 16 years.

After school on Fridays, we would like to offer your primary school children the chance to come to Goonbell Riding Centre for a 1 hour session.

Join us for our fun dressage competition, everyone is welcome in our 10 and under, 16 and under and open categories.

Saturday 27th May, Sunday 28th May and Monday 29th May 2023

8.00am to 4.30pm each day.

Own your only pony/horse for 3 day and learn and do everything for them.

Open to all. Bring your own horse or pony, or hire from Goonbell.

Enjoy our fun gymkhana! Suitable for all ages and abilities, we hope to see all our young riders and our young at heart riders at the competition, having fun while learning!

Join us on Bank Holiday Monday 28th August 2023 for a fun ride with optional jumps.

Would your child like to be chosen to represent their school in the above competition. Teams from all Cornish primary and secondary schools can take part in the competition?

1 hour brushing, leading and riding sessions for your pre-school or home-schooled little ones (age 2 to 16), in our indoor school.

£35 per person (Includes half-hour lesson)
3 1/2 hours from 9.30am - 1.00pm, suitable for ages 4 - 16 years

£55 per person (Includes two half-hour lessons)
3 1/2 hours from 9.30am - 1.00pm, suitable for ages 4 - 16 years

£45 per person (includes 1 hour lesson)
4 and 1 / 2 hours 8.30 - 1pm, suitable for ages 4 - 16 years, must be able to steer in canter

During Pony Club the children will learn horse care, do practical activities and have mini lectures. Hopefully one day they will own their own pony!

We offer 1/2 hour sessions for under 7s all week, Monday through Sunday.

Suitable for both adults and children, our birthday party events are a real treat - choose from a lesson, hack, gymkhana or handy pony games!
